Every time I walk through the door, I feel put at ease. Even though the staff is often busy (a good sign, yes?), they are attentive and friendly. You can tell that the vets, nurses, and technicians love animals and enjoy what they do.
I find the staff and veterinary technicians helpful and friendly. It's a caring place to bring a fur friend for checkup and treatments.
I can honestly say that I feel they are the most caring and personal group of doctors and staff that I have had the opportunity to rely on for medical care.
I appreciate not feeling rushed through appointments and I appreciate the follow up calls on results or just checking back with us after appointments to see how our pet is doing. Many thank you's to their friendly front office staff, nurses and technicians as well. You always go the extra mile !!
